
As each day passes by, summer slowly begins to arrive. Through the cold winter months, you may have found yourself cuddled up on the couch with popcorn and a movie playing on the television. With summer and exercising in mind, you check the weather app for the following week; sunny and beautiful. In this moment, you think to yourself, “I need to get back to my passion of cycling.” You begin to gaze back to the television, but then snap back into reality and remember the benefits of cycling: a feeling of fit and healthy. It is also fun, especially when you bring friends along. A flashback repeats in your head of your doctor reminding you that cycling is an easy, muscle workout that you can make as intense as you want. It even helps prevent obesity, heart disease, cancer, arthritis, and mental illness. Time to get back on the bike!
